So I badly needed to share this...yesterday I received this email from a student who apparently is taking the same online course as me at De Anza...Read his email below:
Hello, my name is Rodney and I am in the same managerial accounting class as you at DeAnza and I am seeking your help in regards of the online homework.I apologize to be bothering you with this e-mail and I understand if you are not able to help me. I want to know if it's possible that you could share your homework problems with me. I have been living with type 1 diabetes since I was a kid, and I woke up a month ago with a very blurry eyesight, I had became nearly blind because of a complication called diabetic retinopathy, blood vessels had leaked blood in the center of my retina and had made it nearly impossible to see. The surgery on my right eye has gone well and my vision is slowly coming back to me, surgery on my left eye is in two weeks. It has became very difficult for me to do the online homework on the WileyPlus site, the computer screen puts strain on my eyes (my cousin is typing this for me), and my vision is improving at a slow pace where as of now everything is blurry to me.Poor planning on my part has made me miss the deadline to drop the class with a W but that would have not been a desirable option for my situation; I can't afford to fail the class because of my impending transfer to SDSU next semester. I have contacted Professor Wanlass about this issue, and the only thing he can offer me is to give me a one week extension on the test and the online homework. I figured that if I could get most of the answers correct on the online work (60% of my grade), and answer by chance one third of the questions on the multiple choice portion of the final I would be able pass the final with a C. This is not the way I wanted it to do this, but because of financial reasons it is important for me to not delay my transfer to SDSU.Please let me know if you are willing to share your online homework with me, I can give you the work I had done up to a month ago before I was diagnosed with diabetic retinopathy:
-I have finished all the online quizzes, (I have always done them first)
-I have finished all of Chapter 19, and some of Chapter 20, 21, and 22.
If you can help me in any way possible with any of my missing work (I need the answers to about 9 questions in Chapter 20, 21 and 22) and the remaining problems from Chapter 23 to 26. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do on my part.
Thanks for reading,
So after reading this I had no idea what to think about this guy, I mean if it was true I wanted to help him as much as I could be then if he was lying I wanted to be so angry at him for pulling such a scam. So, I forwarded this email on to the teacher I figured the teacher would know if this was real especially sine the guy did state that he had asked for an extension from the teacher and had also finished all the quizzes in WileyPLUS (online homework system) Here the response from teacher:
Hi Danielle,
Yes, this is definitely a scam. He has zero points in WileyPLUS and he has not asked for an extension of any kind. It's sad that someone can go to so much trouble to pass a class without doing any work but I see it more and more. Thanks for the email, your input will be confidential and I appreciate your concern.

CAN YOU BELIEVE IT!!! What a story this guy had...I just had to share this with everyone, I mean WOW!!!
Anyway - on to bigger and better things:
I bought a new car this weekend, a 2009 Toyota Camry (white). I love this car!!! I will post pictures soon.
